See inside your drains before you spend money on them.

A CCTV drain survey shows you exactly what’s going on underground. We push a waterproof camera through your pipes and watch the picture live on screen, so you can see cracks, roots, displaced joints and build-up for yourself. C&R Drainage carries out CCTV surveys for homeowners, buyers, landlords and businesses across Kent and the South East.

Most people book a survey because a drain keeps blocking, because they’re buying a house, or because they’re planning an extension over an existing drain. Others want proof of damage for an insurance claim. In each case the camera takes the guesswork away. You see the problem, where it is and how deep it sits, before anyone starts digging.

When a CCTV survey makes sense

If a drain has blocked more than once, a survey will usually show why. It’s also worth having one before you buy an older property, before building work near a drain, or when you notice damp patches, subsidence or rats in the garden. After we clear a blockage, we run the camera through anyway so you know the pipe is sound.
