High-pressure jetting is one of the best ways to clear a blocked drain and clean it at the same time. A jetting hose sends water at high pressure through the pipe, breaking up fat, silt, scale and debris and flushing it away. C&R Drainage uses jetting on domestic and commercial drains across Kent and the South East.

Rods can push a hole through a blockage, but they leave the build-up on the pipe walls. Jetting scours the full width of the pipe, so the drain works as it should and is less likely to block again soon. It’s ideal for grease in kitchen drains, silt in gullies and long runs where rods can’t reach. We follow up with a CCTV check where needed.

When jetting is the right choice

We use jetting for heavy blockages, drains that keep blocking, and pipes lined with fat or silt. It’s also used for planned maintenance on restaurants, pubs and commercial sites where grease builds up fast. If there are roots or hard scale, we may use cutting heads or descaling first.
