Intially I wasn’t sure what the problem was, and explained some of the issues I had been facing in the last few months. Charlie was very patient and took time to understand the details. He came out the same day and regularly kept me up to date on his arrival time via text. When he arrived he took time to review the piping before starting work. He let me know as soon as he found issues, removed blockages, and then commenced a CCTV look and see service to review the quality of the pipes, finding the root cause of the issues. Then showed me inside the pipe with the camera.
